About FileSaathi
Saathi means companion. That is the job.
We stay beside your business for every filing, every month. We are a compliance practice, not a marketplace. The same people who quote your work do it, and the person who files your PF return in January is the one who filed it in April.

Why we started
Most small businesses do not fail their compliance because they are careless. They fail it because it is fragmented — one person for GST, another for payroll, a third who appears in July for the income tax return, and nobody holding the calendar.
So the ECR goes in on the 17th instead of the 15th. An employee crosses the ESI wage limit and gets dropped mid-period. Input credit quietly leaks because nobody reconciled GSTR-2B for four months. None of it is dramatic. All of it is expensive.
FileSaathi exists to hold that calendar in one place. We built the practice around the filings with the tightest deadlines — PF, ESI and GST — because those are the ones that punish a missed month, and everything else fits around them.
We are built for manufacturers, facility services companies, IT firms, D2C brands, clinics and consultancies — from a first hire to a few hundred employees, anywhere in India.

How we work
The date is the product
Anyone can fill a form. What clients actually pay for is that it goes in before the deadline, every single cycle, without being reminded. Everything we do is organised around that.
Say the uncomfortable thing early
If a registration was due eight months ago, if a salary structure will not survive an inquiry, if a demand is partly correct — you hear it at the start, not after we have invoiced.
No surprise line items
The scope states what is included and what a government fee will be. Work outside it is quoted before it is done. There is no clause that lets us bill you for a phone call.
Your data is yours
Credentials, working papers and registers belong to you and are handed over on request. We do not keep portal logins as a retention strategy.
What you get on a retainer
A named person, not a ticket queue
One compliance manager owns your account. You get their direct number, not a helpdesk ID.
Due dates tracked for you
ECR, ESI, GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, TDS — we run a calendar per client and chase the inputs before the date, not after.
Fixed fees, written upfront
Every quote states what is included and what government fee applies. No line items appear later.
Notices handled at no extra cost
If a department raises a query on a return we filed, replying to it is part of the engagement.
Your data stays yours
Employee and financial records are shared over private links, never over open WhatsApp groups.
Straight answers
If a registration is not applicable to you, we will tell you so — even when it costs us the invoice.
Switching from another consultant
It is the most common way clients arrive, and it is uneventful when done properly. We review the last four quarters of filings, list what is open — missed returns, mismatches, unpaid challans, uncleared defaults — and give you a written position before anything moves. You decide whether to switch after seeing it, not before.

Not sure what applies to you?
Tell us your headcount, turnover and what is already registered. We will tell you what is due, what is optional and what it costs — before you commit to anything.
