Your filings,

Live compliance clock

The next deadline is already running.

This is the clock we work to on your behalf — PF and ESI on the 15th, GST on the 20th, TDS every quarter. Clients on retainer never see it; they just get the filed acknowledgement.

Filings run on a calendar, not on reminders

Inputs are chased before the date. You approve numbers; we file and send back the acknowledgement.

What we do most

Payroll and GST filings, first. Everything else around them.

PF, ESI and GST are the filings with the tightest deadlines and the heaviest penalties — so they are the ones we built the practice around. Registrations, income tax and ROC work sit alongside them.

Why the date matters

Late filings are not a small problem.

Every one of these penalties is avoidable, and every one of them starts the day after a deadline nobody was tracking.

Why FileSaathi

A compliance partner, not a filing portal

You are not buying a form submission. You are buying the person who remembers the date, catches the mismatch and answers the notice.

A businesswoman at her desk with a laptop

One compliance manager, reachable on a direct number.

A named person, not a ticket queue

One compliance manager owns your account. You get their direct number, not a helpdesk ID.

Due dates tracked for you

ECR, ESI, GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, TDS — we run a calendar per client and chase the inputs before the date, not after.

Fixed fees, written upfront

Every quote states what is included and what government fee applies. No line items appear later.

Notices handled at no extra cost

If a department raises a query on a return we filed, replying to it is part of the engagement.

Your data stays yours

Employee and financial records are shared over private links, never over open WhatsApp groups.

Straight answers

If a registration is not applicable to you, we will tell you so — even when it costs us the invoice.

Questions people ask first

And a few they should ask before choosing anyone.

Do you work with businesses outside Hyderabad?
Yes. EPF, ESI, GST, income tax and MCA filings are all online and central, so we serve clients across India. Only a few state registrations — professional tax, shops and establishment, labour licences — differ by state, and we handle the major states directly.
Can you take over from our current consultant?
Regularly. We start with a short review of the last four quarters of filings, list anything open — missed returns, mismatches, unpaid challans — and give you a plan before you switch anything over.
How are fees charged?
One-time work such as a registration is a fixed fee. Recurring work such as monthly PF, ESI and GST returns is a monthly or annual retainer based on headcount and invoice volume. Government fees, if any, are charged at actuals against the receipt.
What if a due date is missed?
If the delay is on our side, we pay the late fee. If inputs did not reach us in time, we tell you before the date what the exposure is so the decision is yours, not a surprise.
Do you provide software, or only filing services?
We file. Where you already use payroll or accounting software we work inside it; where you do not, we run the workings ourselves and hand you clean registers every month.
