Prepared files, ready for your signature
FileSaathi handles EPF, ESI, GST and routine filings for growing businesses. When a client needs something the law reserves to a practising professional — an audit, a certification, an appeal — we bring it to a partner, with the preparation already done.

How a file moves
- 1
The client comes to us
Through our website, ads and existing EPF, ESI and GST clients. We scope the work and tell the client upfront that a licensed professional is part of it.
- 2
We prepare the file
Documents collected and checked, forms and resolutions drafted, reconciliations done. You receive a complete, organised file — not a WhatsApp dump.
- 3
You review, certify and bill
You apply your own judgement, sign under your own engagement letter and invoice the client directly at your fee.
- 4
We file and follow up
Portal filing, department queries and the client's questions stay with us, so your time goes only on the professional work.
Built to sit inside your professional code
The ICAI, ICSI and Bar Council rules restrict fee sharing with non-members and solicitation of work. The arrangement is designed around them rather than around them being overlooked.
No fee sharing, either direction
We never pay or take a referral fee, commission or share of your fee. The client pays you directly and pays us separately for our preparation work.
No solicitation in your name
Our advertising promotes our own services. It does not name you, and we do not market your practice on your behalf.
Your independence stays intact
You can decline a file, ask for more evidence or qualify a certificate. We will not ask you to sign anything you have not reviewed.
You hold the engagement
The engagement letter, the working papers you need and the professional responsibility are yours, exactly as with any direct client.
Apply to partner
Tell us about your practice. We will call you, share a sample file and agree on turnaround times before any client work is sent.
- A valid certificate of practice, or enrolment with a State Bar Council
- Turnaround within two working days for routine certifications
- Hyderabad preferred; remote partners welcome for online-only work
