Being explicit about this is the point. These are charged separately, always quoted first:
- Government fees, stamp duty and portal charges — at actuals, against receipt
- Statutory audit fees, where an auditor is separately appointed
- Litigation, appeals and tribunal representation
- Backlog clean-ups for periods before the engagement
- Travel, where a physical appearance is required outside the city
Pricing questions
Are government fees included in these prices?
No. Every price on this site is a professional fee. Government fees — MCA filing fees, trademark class fees, stamp duty, FSSAI licence fees — are charged at actuals against the receipt, and we tell you the amount before filing.
Why is there a range instead of one price?
Because volume drives effort. Filing PF for 15 employees and for 300 is not the same job. The starting fee covers the smallest scope; the quote you receive is fixed for your actual numbers.
Is there a lock-in on retainers?
No. Retainers run month to month with 30 days' notice on either side. If you leave, you get your data, credentials and working papers — we do not hold logins to keep clients.
What is not included?
Departmental representation beyond routine query replies, litigation and appeals, statutory audit, and one-off projects such as a valuation or a due diligence. These are quoted separately before any work begins.
Do you charge extra for late-filing clean-ups?
Backlog work is quoted separately, since the effort depends on how much is pending. What we do not do is discover it mid-engagement and invoice for it — you get the assessment and the number before we start.
